My viewpoint on Morgan - Administrative Assistant Morgan State University Employee Review

Lack of (or no offerings of conferences for administrative assistants, pay is poor, some get overtime, others don't, they are behind in online technology, some faculty and staff do not want to change they manage or supervise departments, lack of empathy when it comes to other's feelings/state of mind when it comes to the "workload"; some supervisors/directors/managers do not possess the leadership skills to run a department efficiently, etc.
