Good work environment, wages not bad for field crew work in general, field crew manager pretty understanding
Cons
the CEO and his parents are insufferable and not to be trusted. Luckily you don’t have to deal with them too often. Be your own advocate and you’ll be fine. Also not exactly the best place to learn how to do farming in all the right ways beyond the basics … so if farming is a long term pursuit then a grain of salt is key. On the flipside if you already know your stuff from more intense serious farms, it makes for an easier time.
