Pros

Good produce, some of the managers are great, coworkers are generally nice

Cons

Morning Glory was an awful, toxic environment for me. I would like to echo what a previous review said, genuinely DOZENS of us were made to feel terrible by the family. They are profit over people through and through they do not care if you're sick, hurt, or burnt out they will work you to the bone and snap at you while they do it. Not to mention they employ multiple male predators who make young women feel uncomfortable and they KNOW this because people have come forward. At most these men get a talking to. There are a lot of great people who work here, unfortunately, the upper management is not included in that. Oh, they also DRASTICALLY underpay you compared to everywhere else on the island and compared to how hard they work you.

Pros

Good work environment, wages not bad for field crew work in general, field crew manager pretty understanding

Cons

the CEO and his parents are insufferable and not to be trusted. Luckily you don’t have to deal with them too often. Be your own advocate and you’ll be fine. Also not exactly the best place to learn how to do farming in all the right ways beyond the basics … so if farming is a long term pursuit then a grain of salt is key. On the flipside if you already know your stuff from more intense serious farms, it makes for an easier time.
