      Pros

      Interns are treated as full-timers and get to make meaningful contribution to improve platform. Company had a hackathon which was fun. Full-timers took us out to dinner at the end of co-op. Full-timers are very friendly and willing to explain and help on work.

      Cons

      Starts off slow and sometimes it's a lot of software maintenance rather than actually building features

      Great place to work, very flexible with PTO and sick time when needed, Focus is on work output, not on office politics or other distractions
