Pros
There are really great analysts and hard working people at DBRS, and those at the level of managing directors are typically good - although there are a lot that really should not be in the positions they are in because they take away from the reputation and skill the really great ones portray.
Cons
Upper Management. They are completely out of touch and out of tune with employees and make decisions in their own or the owners best interests without considering the employees at all. They are losing a lot of really excellent employees in Toronto especially, where the company was founded, because those who are running the show now (most from New York) are forgetting where the true heart and soul (and at one time, loyalty) of the company started and exists.
