* Small company feel with the resources of a much larger company * Work with smart and talented colleagues * Rewarding work with great compensation * Good growth and learning opportunities * Excellent work/life balance with great work flexibility options * Recognition for efforts/work

Cons

* While there really are none, some teams/groups tend to strictly operate in their silos so collaboration should be promoted more
