Good Place to Learn Credit Analysis and Collegial Atmosphere - Anonymous employee Morningstar DBRS Employee Review

I have been with DBRS for a number of years. Since joining, the company has grown markedly although it’s still small enough to have a collegial atmosphere. It’s a good place to learn about credit analysis and develop a concise writing style; relatively junior analysts that prove themselves capable can assume lead analyst duties fairly quickly. During my time with the company, I have been promoted and rewarded with increased responsibilities. I would recommend DBRS to inquisitively-minded individuals who are detail-oriented but also able to keep a macro focus.
