Pros
Working at DBRS has opened my eyes to what working for a great company really means. DBRS cares about their employees on so many levels, both personally and on the job. The culture at the company is ideal, from outstanding work-life balance to amazing benefits, I have never been happier at a job.
Cons
The only con that I could think of, which is not really a con at all, is that some people may not work in the same city as their counterparts, but there are several avenues for communication which streamlines the process.
