      -Freedom to explore new ideas and solutions in terms of the latest technologies, methodologies and implementation. -Work life balance and flexibility in working from home/shifted hours. -People listen and are open to feedback, this includes executives.

      Cons

      -minimal middle management leads to responsibility on each engineer. -Although, this teaches initiative to design, lead and improve team collaboration to make things work. -coffee machine breaks down often
