      Pros

      There are some really nice people who work there and it is a good place to train and learn credit analysis. Good work life balance because they don't have many deals.

      Cons

      Far too many cons to name them all. The owners. Senior management. HR. Lack of resources. Working here will kill your career. They don't have many deals but you have a large workload.

      Great place to work, very flexible with PTO and sick time when needed, Focus is on work output, not on office politics or other distractions

      Compliance can be slow approving new tools, like AI
