      You will build great credit skills (learning how to analyze businesses, financials and legal analysis etc.). People are supportive. There are collaboration opportunities via working group to contribute to broader level initiatives such as ESG etc. Great opportunities for internal mobility - not only within ratings business but also to other part of Morningstar.

      Can't think of many - so far so good

      Great place to work, very flexible with PTO and sick time when needed, Focus is on work output, not on office politics or other distractions

      Compliance can be slow approving new tools, like AI
