Pros
Coworkers, for the most part, are great people who will share in your endless struggle to stay sane. Even though the company inadvertently breeds a culture of mediocrity, the employees are smart and motivated people who are sadly constrained by upper management's inability to foster growth and/or the unwillingness to stand-up for more than their own paychecks. Good resume builder but definitely leave after two years. You may be able to travel to different offices in Toronto, NYC, London, and Chicago.
Cons
Upper management's only concern seems to be the product and their paychecks. They fail at motivating the young talent, keeping them motivated, and retaining them. The company's internship program is a joke, but it can help you get noticed at better companies. Keep this in mind because you'll most likely get replaced as soon as you graduate or your term ends. Human Resources needs to reevaluate whether or not they're truly helping the company's humans or just mindlessly following the robots in charge. Company preaches work-life balance but expects you to work overtime and/or as if you're an IB. Some employees work well into the night in fear of their manager's disapproval if they leave at "normal hours".
