      the work life balance is pretty good. you can learn a lot here. people move on to better jobs when they leave. there are some nice people that work here.

      Cons

      there is very little opportunity to move up if you are not entry level or early in your career. don't expect any meaningful salary increases. if you have been at the company a long time, then you are making much less than you should be.
