Company focuses on producing great products that help improve peoples lives. A lot of very smart motivated people to work with and learn from. Morningstar really values its people.
Cons
The company's infrastructure is fairly old and in some cases, out of date. However, there is are a lot of resources being focused on improving technology so, that's really good.
