Analyst - Anonymous employee Morningstar Employee Review

Extremely disorganized workplace. Very poor employee training with little direction. Management is amateurish and unprofessional. People are promoted into management with little supervisory experience resulting in a very bad working environment. A shockingly bad place to work.
