Business Outlook
Pros
Two words: tuition reimbursement. It used to be amazingly generous - 80% with no strings attached. Now it's still 80%, but you must stay for 2 years after graduation or else pay it all back. The sabbatical policy is nice as well - you get a paid 6-week sabbatical every 4 years you work there. Good office design, free coffee/espresso and soda fountains on each floor.
Cons
They have a large development office in Shenzhen, China. As of late, there has been little interest to hire more people in the Chicago office, as they opt to hire in China instead. Chicago is turning into a management location only with respect to technical positions.
