No competitive pay No rotation before 9 months Jobs are competitive because there are so few Most MDPs start in Support

great culture, nice people, probably the best work life balance you could ever ask for. People just don't work hard here

Cons

severely behind in AI, very limited opportunities for growth, salary is far far below market.
