Cons
Management can't make up its mind about organization. One day we're moving to matrix management style, then it seems it's expanding to other departments and seconds later is seems my old manager is my new manager again. Difficult having two bosses when they aren't coordinating with each other. Conflicting priorities internally. Communications is lacking. Weird relationship with parent company and the US Federal Government. Same title after years and years and years. No input on how to advance career, recently attempted to publish a "road map" but still seems you need to apply for another department to move anywhere. The former L-1/Identix business is trying to think like a services company and the East coast credentialing division suffers from wanting to be a product company, thinking they're selling a product but have never once sold the same solution or software to more than one customer.
