Pros
Vacation time is good. A slight few really want to make a difference and work their butts off to provide a great service to our customers.
Cons
Managers have no idea what they are doing. They are running the company into the ground. When you try to help and explain they want to argue even though they have no idea what they are even talking about. Managers harass and bully employees. If you try to notify HR then the harassing and bullying gets worse. No one has any common sense. Customers are getting horrible service due to people in charge worry about blaming others rather than fixing the problem!
