Most salaries are competitive. Benefits are slightly below average, mostly because health coverage has really slipped the last few years.
Cons
Where to begin? Nearly all of the management at MorphoTrust is simply incompetent. The CEO is openly hostile to the software engineering department, the Project Managers are inept, the QA department is horribly run, and engineering has its own set of issues. There are a few very good people here but they are overwhelmed by all the problems created by management. The company is in a state of constant reorganization and middle managers fear for their jobs and therefore never say no to any of the executive initiatives, no matter how crazy those initiatives are. The latest set of managers has settled on the same fix as the previous managers, demand more hours out of the few productive employees. My typical week tops 70 hours. I have been here for more than 5 years and many things have changed, but no improvement has occurred.
