Pros
If you are looking for a place to put in some short hours and be paid, with little care about the type or quality of work you do and a lack of care for customer satisfaction and innovation - this is your place. Just be sure to keep your head down and do not bring any passion or sense of ethics to your job.
Cons
Absolutely the most poorly managed company I have ever been associated with - from the top down. Safran needs to perform some serious cleanout of upper management who are more like a closed fraternity than a management team. Highly talented people who take pride in their work and customer satisfaction become frustrated here very quickly. I sat in meetings with upper management where the focus was to ensure not enough detail would be presented in a CEO or Customer facing presentation to allow them to open a door and discover how badly things are actually going. Those brave enough to stick their necks out and attempt to alert upper management as to the reality of the dysfunctionality and lack of leadership in the mid level are often threatened or even fired. Some projects are running years behind schedule as a result of purely incompetent technical management where members of the fraternity are consistently empowered over those who actually have experience. A complete lack of accountability for the small but close knit fraternity exists. As a result numerous talented individuals feel trapped and are actively searching for positions outside the company. Simply not a nice place as numerous other reviews here attest to. Also be sure to look at other reviews accusing HR of posting false positive reviews trying to get the abysmal rating here increased. And for comical relief, yet another "Culture Change" program is in effect encouraging employees to speak up when they fully understand attempting such puts their careers in jeopardy. A complete and utter joke.
