Pros

Everyone works together to get the job done, and management is very appreciative of every employee. Also known for hiring the best in the industry and giving them the freedom to do their job. If you need to be micro-managed this is not the company for you.

Cons

Can't think of anything the Morris Group doesn't do right. Nothing but total support from management to satisfy our customers.
