Pros
It was close to my home so the commute was not that bad. Also there are a lot of supervisors (and on person who thinks she is a supervisor) so it is easy to to get out of doing things you don't want to do because it is super easy to play them off each other (if you are that type of person).
Cons
Before I got the job I actually ran into a person that worked in this department before. I was told it is a mixed bag and not a lot of direction given to new employees. I was also told in the training period they have you sit with each person in the department (3 people) and they explain how they do things, which was sorting out their emails. Everything this person told me was correct. Instead of focusing in learning the job functions and Saleforce, I wasted days on how to sort email. Compared to the company I work for now, there was a total lack of structure at Morris. Also two of the others I worked with are never on time, but always stay late. They are probably stealing OT, but it is a drag because of the lack of structure I wold be forced to stay past my time to help them out.
