I was really hopeful for this job to work out for me when I saw all the positive reviews. Only to learn there are so many positive reviews because HR harrasses all new employees to review how great the place is. Once you get past all that you see what the environment truly is. Extremely high expectations from management that they can't keep themselves. I had some personal stuff going on with a parent battling cancer who was in and out of the hospital. Management did not care whatsoever and made no accommodations or cut slack for me. Mind you I was doing the job of at least 3 people to begin with. I was then put on a Performance Improvement Plan to be let go. A lot of travel, no work life balance. Management was always emailing, texting outside of work hours, I was salary and was never compensated for outside hours either. Not a place for work life balance and if you value that, your time is limited there.
