Great Place to Work - Application Engineer Morris Group Employee Review

At age 63, I've worked at several places in order to truly qualify this review. I would have to say that Morris is easily at the top of the list. The first thing that sets it apart is the obvious focus on employees, as well as customers. Never have I worked at a company where there are constant examples of what Morris does to show employee appreciation. There is a stark contrast between working for a large jet engine manufacturer where you feel like a number and working for Morris. I look forward to coming to work each day, so I can't think of a better place to be.
