Excellent benefits, ways to earn a bonus once a year, lots of ways to volunteer in the hospital and community.

Cons

Pulled office to office. Bullying is never handled correctly. Very UNDERSTAFFED. scheduler is on a power trip. You can work harder than you ever have but no one cares. Meeting after meeting.
