This is awesome! 💙💛 Thank you for leaving a review! While the HVAC industry has slow seasons and busy seasons, it really makes a difference when you work with great people in a great environment.

Pros

Employees get a discount on services.

Cons

“They truly like to celebrate” but let’s pause and ask - celebrate who? The annual Champion’s Gala is only open to those that bring in revenue, reviews and new members. Those in “back-office” aren’t eligible abe are forbidden from attending the gala. There are no KPIs, No annual reviews, NO bonuses for the rest. No performance evaluations or performance improvement plans in times of concern. Barely touching on cost of living in annual pay raises with little or no emphasis on merit. No matter how many calls you dispatch, no matter how much material you pick for jobs, no matter how many parts you source for repairs, no matter how many permits you request to keep Morris-Jenkins all above board there is nothing coming for you except more workload. There is no genuine appreciation, just a breakfast. Morris-Jenkins doesn’t even pay for it, a vendor always pays. Come get your free meal three times a year and you better be grateful too because leadership expects it. Again at Morris-Jenkins “they truly like to celebrate”, but there was no celebration when Mr Jenkins and his son-in-law Jonathan Bancroft sold the company to an equity firm out of state, in 2021 and Mr Jenkins retired right after selling. Morris-Jenkins is not family-owned. Morris-Jenkins’ decisions are provided by The Wrench Group. Mr Morris and Mr Jenkins have no heirs or relatives at Morris-Jenkins.
