Pros
Provides a great environment to learn the basics of the job, with a slow, gradual incorporation into more of the big picture tasks we handle on a day to day basis. Collaborative, constructive workplace so that we don't feel discouraged when a mistake is made, but inspired to do better next time.
Cons
Office can get loud at times. But that's it.
