      Pros

      It pay's okay, has health benefits You do three days then get like two and half day off.

      Cons

      Back to back non stop phone calls, You won't get a break at times, Angry nurses, and patients will take their frustrations out on you You're basically a verbal punching bag for 12 hours. You get there and it's dark outside and you leave when it's dark You don't get a life, it's as if you're always there.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
