Pros
Working with patients and helping to provide a little brightness to their day (sometimes) was rewarding. Wage rate was horrible - far below what that position deserves.
Cons
Management seriously defective. Suffered incredible pettiness from coworkers without relief from management. The back-stabbing, outright bullying and manipulation from coworkers was more than I had ever experienced in any other office environment. Management jumping in on the petty-party was too much to bear.
