Pros
Great food benefit, lots of free food 25 days PTO with increase of 5 days at 6 and then 11 years Affordable health insurance Tuition assistance for those wanting to work toward Masters Small salary increase for those who obtain a board specialty certification A great first job to get your clinical experience
Cons
Dietitians at this company are under appreciated and underpaid. Management does not strive to fix this problem, even after the issues have been brought up to them several times. We are very understaffed as well, our hospital census is growing, and instead of increasing staffing, they did not rehire when someone retired. As a clinical dietitian, we see over 20 patients a day- how can we give good care when we don't have enough time? Raises are minimal, they don't compensate for having a Master's degree. Lowest paid hospital dietitians in the area
