Pros

Pay and Bonus potential but you need to be at at P&L Account. If you manage a fee, your bonus might be limited to less than $5K. Benefits are good.

Cons

Sr. Leadership is out of touch at the unit level. They do not build relationships with clients and the focus has been PBO and not what we are; a SERVICE business. NO SICK TIME - you only get straight PTO time based on years of service. It is a use it or lose it.

Pros

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

Cons

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
