Underpaid/do not work for them - Clinical Dietitian Morrison Healthcare Employee Review

Extremely underpaid (31% under regional average) let’s not even talk about National average because it’s so terrible. You could make more now being a dish washer at a deli than what I made as a clinical dietitian for this company. Management did not listen to concerns and often was bullied for bringing concerns up; I was put into management roles when I was just a clinical dietitian with ZERO management roles. However, than excluded from things but expected to do them when no one else was. Management lied about doing their dietary rounds, but I was expected to do all the new admissions and report back all problems addressing them with the managers in the kitchen to correct them. This causing tensions between the chef and I. Truly the upper management just did not want to take responsibility for the actions of the account deflect issues onto others.
