Very Disappointed - Dining Services Supervisor Morrison Healthcare Employee Review

~Toxic, Unethical and Unsafe Work Environment ~Unrealistic Job Expectations ~Uncaring Upper Management I had intended to build my career with Morrison as the company promotes a very positive, supportive work culture and many people spoke very highly of their experiences with the company and there was a massive amount of growth potential. I don’t know if it was just the hospital network I was working in (since I was at multiple locations and the issues I had were not limited to a single site) but I found the upper management to be incredibly rude, unprofessional and outright disrespectful people. The work environment was incredibly toxic and unethical with almost no actual concern for patient safety and even less for employee safety and well-being, as many of my co-workers shared with me experiences of sexual harassment and bullying from a single individual, who had the multitude of claims filed against him, yet upper management and HR did nothing about it. The expectations that fell on the teams were unrealistic and management did little to nothing to assist the associates cries for help. My experience was incredibly disheartening and unfortunate as I had intended to stay with this company indefinitely, but the culture that is promoted and the experiences others had expressed, were not to be seen in my network.
