Pros

Work Life balance was good. We were able to be with our families on holidays and work within the Hospital systems . Doctors hours is the norm 9 to 5 with holidays off!

Cons

The company is unprofessional in its dealings with employees. It is a very common practice to cheat the company by not working the hours being paid for, wasting money by using a corrupt system of credit cards which includes embezzlement and zero accountability . Upper management is cos-tic and dishonest . The elimination of positions is a very disrespectful practice in order to bring family members and boyfriends into the company. There is an extreme lack of support from the corporate level , encouraging a cowboy type of loaner attitude from inexperienced managers with no people skills to run ruff shod over employees . The attitudes do not support what the company preaches in its very extensive training conducted i Atlanta. Corporate leaders do not take the time to collect information and make decisions based on the hostile environment makers instead of being in touch with the real people on the ground.

Pros

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

Cons

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
