      Pros

      Loved my coworkers and the clients, but felt forced to quit due to being harassed at work.

      Cons

      Management complained about what other coworkers I spoke to and what I did on my lunch breaks. I would go for runs on my lunch breaks. It was a super stressful environment and I had to leave. I even got spied on at work. I called HR two times and nothing was really done and my boss retaliated. Nothing was ever done to help me. Management probably got a slap on the wrist. I did my job independently and no reason to be micromanaged.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      Cons

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
