      The leadership at the company is supportive of professional growth. They are not ones to sit in the office all day. They actually show face to all the accounts and offer an ear and support towards their employee' goals and concerns.

      Cons

      Team building initiatives amonst patient care personnel and operations teams should be a requirement of Directors because it affects the buy-in of the patient experience program.
