Pros
Good pay and benefits, the pay is good in the sense that if you were independent and are become a Morrison account then you will receive the same pay as you were being paid before.
Cons
Very poor with providing on the ground assistance in a timely matter; extremely poor evaluation process; not transparent with Bonus process or what can be added or taken away; almost cult like in terms of expectations regarding time off or time that must be spent to accomplish job (upper management miss births of children, graduations etc. and expect the same from everyone else); no upper management support with Client (expect facility level managers to take on all criticism despite company decisions being the cause of many problem and delays).
