      Pros

      The jobs don’t seem hard to get. They are used to turnover rates. And lots and lots of positions.

      Cons

      -pay rate is horrible. They were offering some adults with families $13 an hour and this woman had a masters. - they use management staff to pacify staff who complain about work conditions and pay raise ( especially with promise of job advancement. U really could get stuck - vulture company. The pay is so low that it’s for those who are desperately in need

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
