      Pros

      Morrison Healthcare is a large company with accounts nationwide and also part of the grouping of larger companies known as Compass One. This is a great company to grow with, as the company has jobs for Registered Dietitians in a variety of focus areas from clinical to foodservice management to wellness. There are opportunities for lateral transfer of geographical location as well as growth climbing the career ladder depending on what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      pay for entry level may be low- depending on location- but the company does reward you for sticking with them, with increased vacation days every 5 yrs and opportunity for raises during annual evaluation.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      Cons

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
