Pros

Reasonable meal plan, good health benefits, I’m good at what I do, some flexibility of what to do. I get some good physical exercise while making food deliveries.

Cons

They do not pay time and a half for the major summer holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Thirty minutes is just barely enough time for a lunch break in between two 4-hour work periods with no break in between. They don’t do a good enough job maintaining the rolling delivery trucks which can be very irritating and dangerous to push at times. They are so rigid about us being there on our working weekends even if it falls during a vacation. We can’t have more than two weeks at a time no matter how much vacation time we’re entitled to, especially in the summer months.

Pros

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

Cons

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
