Pros

none... really it is not worse it

Cons

- terrible management and lie a lot - noticeable favoritism and nepotism - low professional culture (yelling and using bad words is normal over here) - very dirty place for kitchen - bad benefits - HR don't reacting on workers complains at all - quality of food and service just terrible - total chaos with work schedule Besides all of that workers must recount pay stubs be course company stealing work hours and somehow "forget" holiday pay... oops! P.S. Morrison st Marys hospital don't like good workers...

Pros

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

Cons

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
