      Great place to work for. Management always works with school schedules. Always room for advancement as long as you put in the effort. Company rules are enforced by all management staff.

      We don't get holiday pay.

      Pros

      Customers and parents are always nice Ok pay

      Cons

      Managers do not follow company policy. Managers are racist and will verbally abuse and threaten you. Sick time and vacation time does not roll over. You cannot use sick time for doctor's appointments. Insane amount of micromanagement to the point where it prevents you from doing your job.
