      Pros

      They offer decient benefits, education reimbursment, training seminars and the residents are awesome the only reason i go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Management doesnt live up to thier promises no follow through on commitments long hours no appreiciation,open door policy is a joke threats of being fired anytime you say anything overtime is demanded not requested. cook works 6-7 days a week chef works 4 days a week schedules mean nothing and management does whatever they want

      Pros

      Customers and parents are always nice Ok pay

      Cons

      Managers do not follow company policy. Managers are racist and will verbally abuse and threaten you. Sick time and vacation time does not roll over. You cannot use sick time for doctor's appointments. Insane amount of micromanagement to the point where it prevents you from doing your job.
