      Pros

      They try, They like to throw money around at new accounts towards nothing meaningful. Loads of Lip service you all asked me to work for you. Pay was average for position.

      Cons

      Human resources is only about themselves and meeting DEI hires. Won't be held accountable for a government required signature, was told go get affidavit,; cost me 1000's. Internal communication sucked.

      Pros

      flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

      the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
