Pros
Sufficient website resources. Growing company (at the moment) with lots of opportunity. Willing to hire young, inexperienced directors to oversee their accounts.
Cons
Management and employees given unrealistic expectations. Hourly employees overworked at some accounts, likely resulting in the recent increase in injuries and turnover rate in 2015/2016. It is easy to cut staffing, but Morrison must then focus on process improvement and ways to make employees more efficient with their time.
