      Good benefits, bonus, profit sharing, weather pay, free stock shares

      Cons

      It's basically a system to where if you give them 30 years of your life you will be taken care of.. but they don't like you using your vacation. Small crews building huge projects.. so if one guy takes the day off it screws the rest of the crew members
