- No development plan for employees - Stay at your starting salary and position for YEARS - Favoritism by upper management - Management will keep adding responsibilities that are not relevant to your job - Do not care about employees that have been with Morton for multiple decades - No culture...work work work! - No real goals...keep going in circles and projects keep going for years and years with no end in sight - Lack of recognition and appreciation - People are very clique-y...and office politics are unbelievable - Location in Elgin is NOTHING compared to Chicago, it's like a whole different company - no inclusion from HQ either
