Mosaic makes a real difference for people in our community by offering quality healthcare for ALL. And that's not just a tagline, it really is true. Mosaic employees are truly dedicated to helping people live healthy lives, regardless of their situation.

Cons

Because the organization has grown so quickly over the last few years (there are currently 15 clinics region-wide) it can be challenging to keep up with the workload and pace. Fortunately there is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, finding joy in our work and supporting one another.
