Pros

Coworkers are all nice and make you feel comfortable. Work has direct impact on important causes like campaign finance reform, equal rights, and that kind of stuff. Get to order food online. Low turnover rate, everyone works very hard. Everyone is promoted from within. Great benefits (health insurance).

Cons

Not many opportunities to learn new things after the first month where it's all thrown at you, not a lot of career development. There are 50 employees but no HR person and nowhere to offer feedback. Pay could be better. Associates don't get much mentoring. You are expected to be grateful whenever you're given more work.
